I have no trouble connecting to the remote machine when VNC is running as an application launched from the Startup folder, but when I try to run it as a service to enable me to login to the remote machine after reboots, etc. I am unable to connect. I did read the posts regarding deleting the HKCU/software/orl/winvnc3 key, but that didn't solve the problem. Any thoughts?
