When you launch the vNC client, go to Options and change the encoding from ZRLE to Raw. I had the same situation and this worked for me. Interestingly, I still haven't gotten a reply from anyone as to why using NO encoding would work, but ZRLE encoding wouldn't... since I'm sending MORE traffic over the wire by using Raw encoding, it can't possibly be an automatic bandwidth-cutoff thing. What's the difference between ZRLE, Hextile, and Raw? -- Derek a host is a host from coast to coast and no one will talk to a host that's close unless the host that isn't close is busy, hung, or dead _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To remove yourself from the list visit: http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
