Router Help - NetGear MR814NA

Router Help - I'm using a NetGear MR814NA 4output + wireless router and i 
cant get VNC working. I forwarded ports 5800-5803 and 5900-5903. I am using 
my newest WAN ip adress to connect (my friend is trying to connect to me) 
but it just wont work...can someone please help ?
