I haven't got a chance to get a debug log (I can if you need one) or test on anything but Win2k (that will have to wait until morning).
Running as an app everything is fine, but running as a service the HTTP server doesn't work. The event log reports "HTTPServer: untrapped: read: Connection aborted (10053) " when an attempt is made. Trying to telnet to port 5800 produces "HTTPServer: untrapped: read: A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket had already been shut down in that direction with a previous shutdown call.
