Sorry, obviously I'm a novice here. Yes, I read through the archives before posting (for over 30 minutes) but saw nothing that answers this basic question clearly to me.
I want to connect to a node on a remote LAN behind a firewall, from my machine behind a firewall. So, my understanding is that my browser should be Http://x.x.x.x:59xx <Http://x.x.x.x:59xx> . Where the post 59 characters are the 'display number" of the remote LAN node in question. Ok, how is the 'display number' determined. What is meant, in street language, by "display number'. Can you provide an example?
