If you only have 1 vncserver session it would be at 5901.

However, I belive that you point your browser at 5801, which is the
associated webserver for that display.  I assume you are planning on
using the java client.

Be advised that my experience is mostly with tightvnc rather than
realvnc, so I could be horribly wrong.
