Your mailer is completely broken. You will need to filter based on the To: and CC: fields. "Creating a Filter To create a Filter to apply to your incoming messages: Click Options and then Filters to go to the Filters page. The top row in the table is a blank filter that can be configured and then be added to the list of filters. Click the first drop-down list box and click Mailbox or the message header that you wish to be checked by this filter, i.e. Subject, From, To, CC, or Sender. Click the second drop-down list box and then click the method of comparison that this filter will use, i.e. contains, does not contain, starts with, or equals. Click the next box and type the text that you want this filter to search for, or double click the box and choose a mailbox form the drop-down list. Click the last drop-down list box and choose the folder to which you wish to move messages that meet this filters criteria. Click Add Another Filter or and repeat the previous steps for each filter that you wish to add. Click or beside the filter to move it up or down in the list.
