However you will get much better performance by installing the vnc.so module and using that.

so I opened port 5998 and 5801 on both machines, then told firestarter
to trust the other machine, but to no avail. vnc/.xstartup still vanilla
version. Oh and vnc/vnc-server are version 4.0-1.beta4.11 ... ie, the
latest and greatest.
