Hi Folks, I am a bit green when it comes to setting up remote connections to distant PCs. What I was about to try to do was to connect from a PC running WinXP to one running Win98 (both are connected to the internet). I then had a word with the barman in my local pub (who is an ex PCguru) who said "do not do that, you will blow holes in you network security, hackers will be able to logon to your server with ease"!
