I dont think any of you are understanding me.  In VNC viewer, you have
adrop down to select which IP/PC you want ot VNC into.  I want to be
able to do that on every pc wthout having to recreate the list. 
Question which file do you move to the other pc's to have the list
already configured.

There is a "pay" service, GoToMyPc (or something like that)
that could help you.  (try google)

But be warned that willfully geetting around someones security
system can be construed as unlawfully breaking in.

If you are trying to get around your ISP's firewalls, then go ahead.
But if you are trying to get around the firewals at work, you most
definatetly want to talk to your network people before attempting to
do
something like that...
