sure, from a commandline you just use

vncserver -connect <hostname_of_viewer>

you can do this from a batch too, but you will probably get an error message for each connection try that was not successful.

please keep in mind that this requires a running vncserver as the -connect option only tells the running server to connect the viewer, but does not start the server if it is not running.
