Kenton,

There's no record of you ever having reported VNC 4 to not work on the list,
which would have been the first logical step if it didn't.  Did you have
problem with the viewer or the server?

I notice from previous posts that you're using ZoneAlarm - be aware that
certain old versions of ZoneAlarm had serious bugs that prevented VNC Viewer
4 from ever connecting to any hosts, even though VNC Viewer 3 continued to
be able to.  The behaviour resulting from their bug would give exactly the
results described by JB.
