Max,

The ZRLE issue is a known problem with the current release, which is fixed
in VNC Enterprise Edition (http://www.realvnc.com/products/enterprise) and
will be fixed in the next GPL release.  The workaround for multi-monitor
systems is to explicitely set the server to use Hextile, by the way.

The other issue may be related, but may not be - more details would be
useful.
