connection problem

hi, i have a problem with VNC, i working on remote computer and i closed the 
connection, vnc don4t let me in again, only appears in my screen "VNC 
Authentication Failed" or "Your connection has been rejected". and what can i 
do for resolve this problem?... any help tips?
