On the crappy machine you run a normal vncserver, on you "keyboard/mouse" machine you run win2vnc (a sourceforge project) (or x2vnc google yourself)... This will give you what you where thinking of... But that is not necessarily what you want! Namely and programs shown on the crappy machine also RUN on the crappy machine....
