To eliminate some of the work you could send them these two files

winvnc4.exe and wm_hooks.dll
then if they double click on winvnc4.exe that will start the server in
user-mode (with NO PASSWORD!!!)

then have them do the add client thing.

OR package these two files along with a batch file with the following contents.

rem start batchfile
start winvnc4.exe
winvnc4.exe -connect www.xxx.yyy.zzz::aa
rem replace w,x,y,z with your ip address and aa with the port number (optional)
rem end batchfile

then all they have to do is run the batchfile.

Good Luck,
