How have you got the port-forwarding configured? Are the ports just open or do you have port-forwarding configured? Any firewalls on the server PCs? If these are XP machines, make sure you have Fast User Switching disabled as well as disabling the Remote Desktop (although I believe Enterprise has a work-around for that) as well as the XP Firewall.
