Ok. What part doesn't work? You may have to get someone with admin
priveleges to log in and do this, as it may not work unless you have
administrator priveleges.

Ok. I just installed the Real VNC4 (we use TightVNC here, which is based
on
the VNC3.x sources, etc.) Under start menu, "RealVNC" folder, there
should
be another folder labeled "VNC Server 4 (service mode)". Select
"Register
VNC Service" and then you'll want to run "configure vnc service" if it
doesn't do it automagically.

Yes. That's exactly what running in service mode does. All "user" apps
are
closed when the user logs off, and since VNC in service mode is run as
an
"administrative" app, it does not shut off.
