Hi There is a strange behaviour of the latest vncviewer when it comes to the location where it should display its window. I'm using it on a Win XP with a desktop spanning two screens (extended desktop). All I want is vncviewer to use the Display2 at startup as the version 4.0 did. It creates the correct setting in the configuration file when using the save or save as command. The file looks like that:
Host=xxxxxxxxxx:5912 [Options] UseLocalCursor=1 UseDesktopResize=1 FullScreen=1 FullColour=1 LowColourLevel=2 PreferredEncoding=hextile AutoSelect=1 Shared=0 SendPtrEvents=1 SendKeyEvents=1 SendCutText=1 AcceptCutText=1 DisableWinKeys=0 Emulate3=0 PointerEventInterval=0 Monitor=\\.\DISPLAY2 MenuKey=F12 AutoReconnect=1 But when I'm using this configuration file the viewer consistently opens on display1.
