Josef,

It seems that the monitor-handling got mucked up in the 4.1 viewer, causing
the window placement issue reported last week, and this monitor placement
problem.  We have now traced & fixed these monitor-handling problems, and
we'll be releasing 4.1.1, with the relevant fixes later in the week.
