The only problem with all of this is that I am not using a VPN. This is simply on the same LAN. I guess the only differences is the OS as well as perhaps the version of VNC 3 vs. 4. Although It is not a constant thing. As in that half of the machines have 3 and half have 4 and half are 2000 sp4 and half are XP some of those have SP1 and some have SP2. But all of them are mixed and matched and i've tried to find similaraties between the machines however i have not come up with anything.
