if you are looking for VNC to initiate new login sessions as it can be made to do in unix, I think you will be out of luck.
if you are looking to be able to use VNC for remote control of user's terminal services sessions, I'm doing that with the 3.3.7 release. the service controls the console on display :0, and add a shortcut to the vnc server in the all users startup. on my installations, this has given a new VNC server for each terminal services login, by default, automatically selecting the display number. the only quirk I've found is that I have to have the user go into the vnc properties to tell me what display to connect to. I've debated about scripting it so I can have the script specifically set the display, but for me it hasn't been worth the effort. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Nicole H Sent: Monday, March 28, 2005 09:45 To: [email protected] Subject: Multiple VNC connections to Windows 2003 Server Terminal Services Hi, This is really not my area of expertise at all, so can someone give me a hand? I'm trying to have multiple VNC connections to a Windows 2003 Server running Terminal Services. Can someone tell me if this is possible, and if so, some things to check to make sure I set it up properly? Thanks!
