Vsevolod, Can you check what version your VNC server is logging in the relevant log file? (~/.vnc/coach:18.log should be the path to the log file).
/usr/share/vnc/classes is where VNC Viewer for Java is normally served from. Are you having problems with VNC Viewer for Java? Earlier you said that the VNC Server crashed, but now you are saying that Eclipse crashes - can you clarify which is actually the case (or both). With respect to the mouse pointer dissappearing: - Do you have any screen-saver / mouse-hiding flags set on the VNC server? - Is it the viewer's mouse that is dissappearing, or the server mouse? - Does it reappear if you move the mouse?
