If one of the PCs is Windows XP, likely you have the firewall enabled and
that's blocking the connection. As Yann said, check the port-forwarding as
well.

Subject: help

Hi,

I'm new subscriber and already asking for some help.

I'm using VNC since years and I'm quit happy of the service. I only have a
small connection problem.

Trying to connect to one of my friend and I have a connection failed
message. I have the correct IP form the remote PC.

We tried connecting via direct adsl, dial up etc..and we still do not
connect. I tried to one of my pc..and it works..Where can I look on the
remote pc

to make seting adjustments..?

Tks

Herve
