Yes, just bring up "Configure User Mode Options" from VNC Server (User Mode) and then click on the Sharing tab. Click on "Always treat new connections as shared" and that should be it.

Hi - tried looking at the other questions, but I start VNC ("Run
WinVNC App Mode") and send "http://my.ip:5800/ to another person -
they can enter the password and either just watch or drive my PC
depending on the option I have set... They don't have any VNC s/w
  installed.

But...as soon as more than one person tries to "join", the first
person is kicked off with a Java I/O error. Is there a way with this
simple operation to allow more than one person to watch/drive an
operation like this? The documentation seems to indicate that several
people could participate this way... Many thanks... Doug
