Hi guys, Im trying to have VNC setup on a friends computer who uses qwest (with static ip) on the actiontec gt-701 modem.
I opened the dmz host and port fowarded 5900 for the internal ip of 192.168.0.4. But when I try to enter the IP address to connect to the computer, I still get "unable to connect to host: Connection refused (10061)" Now if I go into the viewer and type in the internal ip of 192.168.0.4 it loads fine, but Im trying to get the viewer to show the external so I can connect to it from my PC at home. Please help! Thanks, Ed __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
