Karim, The registry key under which to ensure that DisableOptions is set to zero is:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\RealVNC\WinVNC4 There is no such setting as "Impersonate". Note that you can run VNC Server Configuration from the RealVNC program group, or by running "vncconfig -service" directly.
