Ravi,

There is no such authentication method as MS Logon II - it sounds like
you're using software based on VNC rather than a standard VNC release.  You
will probably need to use the same VNC-based software at both ends of your
connection, since it sounds like it isn't actually VNC-compatible.
Alternatively you may prefer to switch to using a standard VNC release at
both ends.
