Paul,

The 770 runs Linux, so if you can get hold of a development environment
either to run on it, or to cross-compile for it, you should be able to
download the standard Unix sources and compile those.  If there isn't a set
of tools for the 770, you may be able to use the tools for the Familiar
Linux distribution for the iPAQ, which also uses an ARM-based processor.
