Joe, "Connection reset by peer" means that the remote end (or something in-between the viewer and server) forcibly closed the connection. The fact that the server *also* saw this error means that it was neither viewer nor server but something in-between (e.g. a NAT router) that closed the connection.
Yes, the ::1082 is the port number of the viewer's connection to the server. Why is that screwed up? It's a perfectly reasonable port number. Are you connecting across the Internet? Do either your server or your viewer access the network via wireless? What is a "John Aldrich answer", out of interest?
