Jim,

Your system is basically configured to have one huge "monitor", as far as
Windows is concerned.   Your work-mate has his system configured with two
monitors that match the physical setup of his system, which matches the way
Dennis has things set up.  Like Dennis, if he uses VNC Server 4.1.1 on that
system, he'll see the entirety of the desktop spanning the two monitors, as
if it were a single huge desktop, via VNC.
