James I downloaded and installed first Suse 0SS 10.0.
Then I downloaded from RealVNC site the Linux Vnc package (vnc-4_1_1-x86_linux.tar.gz). The problem is experienced only when using this RealVNC 4.1 package with Suse 10.0. When RealVNC Xvnc 4.1 is replaced by RealVNC Xvnc 4.0 the problem disappears. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I hope this will be more clear.
