specifically, sometimes users can still access/set a user specific
password and other options after I've set the regkey to disallow
per-user settings, I've not been able to trace its cause, but I added a
reg delete to the login script to clean this out automatically on the
stations it happens to. if it were something I could consistently
reproduce, I would have reported it, but since I can't, even on the same
station that I find it, and I never saw anything in the lists about it,
I figured it was something specific to my network.

What issues are those, out of interest?  We've never heard of any issues
with that functionality of VNC 3.3.
