As I said, the folks at RealVNC specifically want the users to know that
they are being monitored. If you want them to fix it so that you can disable
the tray icon, you'll have to talk to them. I'm just repeating what has been
said in this list many times previously. :-) Personally, I agree. As a LAN
administrator, I'd like to be able to monitor some of my users' activities,
but since there's no way to do it with RealVNC.... *shrug*

If it's that big a deal, I believe other distributions have some registry
settings you can change to hide the icon.

Nope. This is an FAQ. To paraphrase the folks at RealVNC, there is too much
chance of it being mis-used to spy on people and they want users to know
when someone is logging into their computer.

    I have installed VNC Server on my machine and now everything is working
fine 

Now I need that the icon of the VNC which should not shown on the tray but
everyone should login to the system using vnc viewer
