To be completely accurate, you can hide the VNC icon if you deploy the
UltraVNC version of VNC.  There is an option to do this very easily when
deploying via the wizard inside VNC Scan.  I'm not sure about the other
deployment tools.

I totally agree with the we need to protect VNC's image as a remote
administration tool and not as a piece of spyware but in the end, you
are the master of your own network and it's up to you to decide how to
monitor your own property.

Nope. This is an FAQ. To paraphrase the folks at RealVNC, there is too
much chance of it being mis-used to spy on people and they want users to
know when someone is logging into their computer.

    I have installed VNC Server on my machine and now everything is
working fine 

Now I need that the icon of the VNC which should not shown on the tray
but everyone should login to the system using vnc viewer
