The 4 virtual "screens" you are talking about are actually simply a feature of
your window manager. They aren't any real "screens" in the terms of X server
or VNC server. There is only *one* real X display, therefore you can't "split"
it among different viewers.
BTW, if you plan to access your actual :0 display (the one you see on the
physical server console) via VNC, you need a special VNC server version for
this - read the FAQ. The regular version creates its own display,
independent from the one on the console.
