Hi,
I am currently encountering problem in taking over remote control of server,
I could only see the server screen, but not able to control the server using
mouse and keyboard. But colleague close to the server is able to do that.
Why is that so? Is there someting wrong with the setting while installing
the VNC server? After re-installing the VNC server, it works, but after a
while, my remote access is back to VIEW ONLY. Anyone there had come across
this problem and any suggestion to fix this?
