Thanks Jim. I somehow found out that it was the password given that made
the difference in access rights. So now I have no problem taking over
control of the remote server.
But recently I found that VNC connection keeps dropping by itself. For one
moment, I was still connected succesfully, but the next moment, when tried
to dial in and connect to VNC, keep getting "Unable to connect to host:
Connection refused (10061)" message.
Anyone knows what's wrong?

Hi Kim Tan
Ask your colleague close to the server to look in the server options
(r-click the VNC tray icon >> options)
Look at the Inputs tab.
Are the top 2 items about "...events from clients" ticked?
They should be.

Hi,
I am currently encountering problem in taking over remote control of
server, I could only see the server screen, but not able to control the
server using mouse and keyboard. But colleague close to the server is
able to do that. Why is that so? Is there someting wrong with the
setting while installing the VNC server? After re-installing the VNC
server, it works, but after a while, my remote access is back to VIEW
ONLY. Anyone there had come across this problem and any suggestion to fix
this?
Regards,
Kim Tan
