Not really without the premimum service which is not available yet.
This is not true. Hamachi supports tunneling of externally sourced
or destined packets and this functionality available is available
for all users, not just premium ones. Since it's VNC list, I will
not go into the detail, but will just point out that this has been
discussed at http://forums.hamachi.cc. Search for 'routed tunneling'.
