Hi Roger, Sounds like you're using Fast User Switching. Windows will only let one user's session be "interactive" at any one time, which is the session connected to the console when accessing the system via VNC. VNC Free Edition currently requires that the console session (the one it can access) be "session zero" - the session associated with the first user that logs in. If this is not the case then it switches session zero to be the console session, then locks it, which would explain the "bounces her back to the login page" effect you're seeing.
Recent VNC Enterprise & Personal Edition server builds handle this slightly differently, which allows the console session to be accessed regardless of which session it is.
