thanks, but unfortunately the wireless is a requirement due to locations of
the various computers. all wireless connections have signal strength of very
good or better. I'll try to put a packet sniffer on the viewer and catch a
failure.

I am also interested in viewer side scaling, which would dictate an upgrade.
so I am also looking for a workable upgrade procedure.
