Andy, VNC Server Free Edition can be configured to treat all connections as view-only, if required.
VNC Server Personal & Enterprise Editions can be configured with a separate view-only password. Enterprise Edition can alternatively be configured to use Windows user accounts to authenticate connections, and to determine the level of access to grant to a connection based on that.
