This is really not a VNC question, but a network question (and you've
not provided anywhere near enough information to answer it - you'd need
to give info on IP addresses, netmasks, firewalls/NAT devices). VNC works
over standard TCP/IP connections, so providing you can route from one
system to the other (e.g. if ping works), then VNC should also work.
