In summary, but from the opposite viewpoint, TUNES cannot be connected from LWBWKS and ARUBA. But how about from APPS? If the answer is no, and I hope so, then the answer might be within TUNES. What OS is this TUNES using? Is it using some sort of firewall? Make sure VNC within TUNES is using the normal port, ie 5900.
