Hi Kasia,

VNC won't modify your Internet connection settings.  It sounds like
Dreamweaver is trying to connect to the local computer rather than to the
FTP server, so it's probably just a configuration issue in the application.

Please be sure to use the latest VNC Free Edition release (4.1.2).
