I am in the middle of doing the same thing. From what I have seen, you can only connect to one computer at a time on your LAN from the outside world. This is because you can only forward to one port in your router setup. What I have been able to do is once I have connected to say comp A., you can access the router cfg. and change the port forwarding to comp B. and re - vnc into comp B. Let me know if you find a better way.
