This is what I did. On each computer that I want to connect to from outside the network, I changed the port that VNC is listening on. To do that you right click on the VNC icon in the system bar ( I think it is under option or properties) and change listening port to whatever you want as long as it doesn't interfere other programs using the same port. I have used 5901 for computer A, 5902 for computer B, and 5903 for computer C. Then I port forward those specific port to specific IP assigned to the computer I want to connect to. For example if Computer A has an IP address of 192.168.0.2, I would port forward port 5901 to 192.168.0.2 and so on.
Next you will need the external IP address issued to your router from your ISP. You can find that in the Wan status page of you router or an easier way is to go to www.whatismyip.com and the number displayed should be you external IP. If is shows 192.168.xxx.xxx your NAT is off and you have bigger problems. Finally, from the VNC viewer type in the EXTERNAL IP address and the port number you chose, ex 71.555.21.5:5901. If you do not a firewall on the computer it will connect to it. One other thing, most routers will not let you connect to your EXTERNAL IP address from within the network, you will need to use your internal IP addresses. I hope this helped.
