I had used VNC 4.0 but recently downloaded 4.1.2, thinking the problem would
be resolved, it isn't.
When a report is brought to terminal (to view it), I put my cursor on the
scroll bar on the right and try to scroll down through the document
continuously but instead it pauses and a blank screen appears and I have
repeat the process; it only shows one page at a time with the blank page in
between and it takes forever. The only way I con have it continually scroll
is if I have the mouse on the bar and ready before the document fully
appears and sometimes I'm not fast enough. I never had this problem before
until an upgrade with our software program was done (and I was using 4.0
with no problem). I'm using the same monitor with the same resolution so I
don't think that's the problem, again this only happened when our company
did an upgrade with our software program. I've been told it's a problem
with VNC, my screen resolution, or my monitor size. I've tried everything I
can think of and don't know what else to do and no one seems to know the
answer.
