Hi Buford,

You can check the Application Event Log on the server computer to discover
the nature of the error.  The most common cause is that the Application
Event Log is full, in which case you'll find that there are no recent
messages from the VNC Server, and clearing the log or changing the
"overwrite" settings will fix things up.
