Heya. While not a RealVNC solution, the EchoVNC approach makes
this a bit easier. With EchoVNC, each of your support clients "logs into"
an echoServer, which acts as a relay when you fire up a Viewer to connect
to them. In the Viewer, you can get a simple list of "who's available"
to connect with, and can start connections with point&click. It helps
a lot, especially when the VNC client is behind a NAT'ing router and
the supported users don't know the first thing about IP addresses. :)

I have a problem where hovering over the vnc icon on the task bar doent
display the ip address. This is a isolated problem as I have vnc
installed on quite a few machines. I know I can get the ip address
other ways but this is sometimes difficult to explain to users. Is
there a setting that I need to configure to make the ip pop up when
hovering over the icon?
Thanks
